Joining TweedBet and getting help from the chat desk
The two step sign up form field by field, the live chat form and its required fields, and the account rules in the TweedBet footer.
The two step sign up form

Register opens a form over the lobby, headed with the TweedBet wordmark, a language tag set to EN and the label Registration 1/2. The first part asks for very little:
- A bonus selector, which starts on No Bonus. Open it to choose a welcome offer.
- An email address.
- A password, with an eye icon to show what you typed.
- A box you must tick to state your age of 18 or over and your agreement to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
- An optional box for marketing by email, SMS and phone, which you can withdraw at any time.
Continue takes you to the second part. Because the selector defaults to No Bonus, a deposit made without changing it may not attach an offer, so pick the pack here if you want it.
Logging in to your account
Log in sits next to Register at the top of every page, on the grey key. The analysis did not record any social login or one tap option, so the email and password from the first part of the form are what you use.
Starting a live chat

The Contact Support button under Support 24/7 in the footer opens the chat. A card at the top names the agent, in our case Scarlett, Customer Support Specialist, with a green online dot. The greeting reads Welcome to Support.
Before the chat starts you fill in three fields. Name is optional. E-mail and Phone number are both marked with a red star, and leaving either empty brings up the warning Please fill in required fields. The blue Start the chat button then opens the conversation.
Asking for a phone number is stricter than most chat desks, so be ready to give one. The site lists no email address or phone line of its own.
Account rules from the footer
- Only adults over 18 can hold an account.
- Accepting the Terms of Service is part of registration.
- Changes to those terms take effect no sooner than two weeks after they are announced.
- Self Exclusion and Responsible Gambling each have their own document in the Information menu.
UK players who want outside help can reach GamCare at any hour, free of charge.
